Process
Current steps, handoffs, workarounds, delays, exceptions, and decision owners.
Automation Blueprint · From $1,500
A focused discovery engagement for teams that can see the operating pain but do not yet have a safe, buildable scope.
Who needs it
A Blueprint is useful when the process crosses teams, carries exceptions, depends on several systems, or could create operational risk if automated too quickly.
It is also the right starting point when stakeholders agree that work is inefficient but do not yet agree on the future process, source of truth, or implementation order.
Discovery coverage
The review looks beyond the happy path so the recommendation accounts for the people, data, access, and recovery needed to operate it.
Current steps, handoffs, workarounds, delays, exceptions, and decision owners.
Applications, APIs, databases, files, communication channels, and account ownership.
Inputs, required fields, data quality, sensitivity, retention, and system of record.
Permissions, approvals, audit needs, failure handling, recovery, and human fallback.
Success measures, operating constraints, implementation priority, and adoption needs.
What you receive
The final package is designed to support a responsible build decision and a clearer implementation estimate.
Approved implementation credit
50% of the paid Blueprint fee
Up to a maximum $1,500 credit toward an implementation engagement of at least $10,000, when the implementation is signed within 45 days of Blueprint completion.
The credit applies only to the qualifying implementation agreement and is not a cash refund or transferable balance.
What happens next
The Blueprint has value as a standalone decision package. Implementation is a separate scope and approval.
Use the roadmap to scope an implementation with Flow Forge AI.
Sequence opportunities and address prerequisites before a build.
Keep the decision package until the timing, budget, or systems are ready.
Standard Blueprint
A focused review of one core process with bounded stakeholders and systems. Final scope is confirmed before the engagement begins.
Extended Blueprint
For broader cross-functional processes with additional systems, stakeholders, operating dependencies, or risk analysis.
